[Users] Theme installation - couldn't create directory ?

Hi,

Decided to install the package claws-mail-themes, after I manually
removed the /usr/share/claws-mail directory and all recursive paths.

It created the correct paths and added all the themes. Am able to now
select a theme from within Claws mail.

Yet the problem described at
https://lists.claws-mail.org/pipermail/users/2020-December/027571.html
still needs to be addressed. As mentioned it is a GTK theme issue, not
a CM theme issue.

The installation section, as described at
https://www.claws-mail.org/themes.php won't work as a CM user is not
'root'. Not on a *nix box.
