Okay , difficult to tell if "Inbox" is local or remote. If remote ,
having folders under an 'Inbox' suggests IMAP.

Yes

I already use what some people may call an alias, it's already setup
for each account on the server. CPanel calls them "Forwarders".  Have
attached a screendump, that is what CPanel lets me do.  The filters are
at account level, yet I'm already forwarding different emails to
various accounts on the server.
