Why do you need to do that? I thought you said you'd just lost your

From your package manager. They're all available:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=claws-mail&searchon=names&suite=oracular&section=all

After you've installed them, go to /Configuration/Plugins, click the Load
button and proceed ... this is all in the documentation.
