OTOH, perhaps you are talking about messages you receive. Claws Mail only
wraps messages it sends, it doesn't alter messages you receive. So, if you
mean the quote characters on messages you receive, that is how your
correspondant has wrapped their message. The leading '> ' character is part
of the original message, it is not added by Claws Mail.
