[Users] colour of selected item in TreeView

Well,
while missing the .config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css file and failing to deploy
the theme configuration /usr/share/themes/Orang/openbox-3/themerc, I'm
using OpenBox, I just created a .config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css file containing:

*:selected {
	background-color: #AACCFF;
	color: black;
	}

nothing more. (restarting claws-mail)

So far that does the tweak.
