Microsoft have changed a bunch of stuff since the instructions were written.
The Active Directory area is now called Entrata. The UI for adding and
configuring the application has also changed a bit. I don’t know if the
intention for that wiki is that only Claws devs edit it, or if anyone is
expected to apply for an account and do so; if the latter, let me know and I
could make the necessary changes myself.
