Sorry about that, I was trying to focus on what seemed like important
information only to minimise the time others have to spend on it and to
demonstrate I've bothered to look at the output and make sense of it
myself.

When producing a fresh debug output I've noticed another thing: the
first mouse entry after CM startup works as expected - message list is
positioned so that the selected message is visible. All subsequent
mouse entries reproduce the issue. But it doesn't seem to be entirely
consistent - sometimes the first mouse entry fails too.

Attached. Also, when looking at folderitemrc I noticed it contains some
folders that do not exist in CM anymore - some have been deleted, others
may have been moved. Should I cleanup by editing the file or will it be
"garbage collected" at some point?
