things to try:

create a new account with a different service and see if it is also sluggish,

recreate the account, if possible, create a new user on your computer and recreate the account there.

You log is about IMAP which is in charge of reception so it is not relevant.

Sending is SMTP.
Your SMTP may have changed the security procedure.
