[Users] I don´t want automatic filling of From

Hello,

when I compose a new message, the From field is automatically filled and sometimes this leads me to send a message from the wrong address, which is very annoying.

I would be happy to have that field initially always empty and fill it myself but how to achieve this?

I had this idea to prevent error: create a dummy account that would fail sending and make this account default, but this did not really work.
