1. Select an empty folder (message list should be empty).
2. Mouse-click to a folder with enough messages listed in the message
list to require a scroll bar.

Claws-Mail will select the right message but display the top of the
message list, not scrolled down to show the selected message in the
message list.

#1 is the requirement to trigger this behaviour. Clicking around
between folders with even 1 message listed in the message list will
not trigger this behaviour. #2 can be any non-empty folder if the
initial condition of empty folder is met.
