Thank you to all who have contributed to this thread.  I'll have to ponder
a bit.  It was never a high priority item for me but I couldn't figure it
out and thought I'd ask.  More important business is coming to the fore and
so I'll have to let this rest for a while.  If I figure anything out I'll
post about it but it won't be right away.

Thanks again to all who spent their valuable time to help educate me.
