The problem is simple. Either you get a universal client_id from 
Microsoft in which case the app is universally whitelisted and works for 
all or you create a client_id and token on your own azure account for 
the app in question. For some creating your own client_id is not allowed 
by your organization in which case you must "steal" a client_id from an 
app which is universally whitelisted and use that instead.
