There's nothing to fix since it is not broken. It is possible for multiple
POP accounts to share the same MH mailbox; in fact, Claws Mail is designed
with this in mind, (it's what I've done over the years for many POP accounts).

However, you can use separate MH mailboxes for each POP account if you wish.
(What you called "address list" is actually mailboxes.)

Add a new MH mailbox, /File/Add mailbox/MH..., then configure your account to
use it. In the account preferences, configure the Inbox folder on the Receive
page and the other special folders on the Advanced page.
