[Users] Upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 and now cannot start claws-mail.

Don't think so.  If I do "whereis claws-mail" I get

I get /usr/bin/claws-mail when I do "which claws-mail".

This file (i.e. ~/.local/share/applications/claws-mail.desktop) does
not exist.

I don't understand what I should "try".  Can you give me a *recipe*?

Interesting.  When I invoke gedit from the command line I get
essentially the same plethora of error messages that I get from
trying to invoke claws-mail from the command line. But when I
use a point-and-click approach, gedit seems to work just fine.

Can anyone explain to me, in simple terms, what is going on?
