[Users] Some symbols in the subject line are not recognizable

Hi !

Some symbols in the subject line are rendered as 'question marks' or 01F383 of 01F6D2 or 23F3 or 01F4AC etc. In the source for example I see something like 'Subject: =?UTF-8?B?8J+Ogw==?='.
Probably it's related to some kind of UTF rendering problem. How can I solve this ?
