I'm not an XFCE user, I use KDE. Perhaps it's just that I was an early user
of GTK 3 and immediately upon it being installed I configured the GTK 3 theme
via the KDE settings, and probably the theme's settings directly too.
Therefore I never gave myself time to see this problem.
