[Users] How to disable shortcuts using Clawsker?

Hi,

I don't know how to "Disable" "Actions" by using Clawsker.
To successfully disable <Actions>/Menu/Message/Send
and <Actions>/Menu/Message/SendLater I used an editor.

Can this be done by using Clawsker, too? If so, what magic key do I
need to use to disable a shortcut?
