[Users] Keyboard shortcuts to switch panels

CM 3.17.8 on debian / xfce

I have a 34" wide screen, so I use the view > layout > 3 columns.

Is there a shortcut key to go from one panel to the next? Folders ->
Emails -> Bodies.

Right now I'm using the mouse to select the panel but I have some
wrist problems and would prefer a keyboard shortcut.
