[Users] Notification plugin is not working

I use IMAP access for all my accounts. And i use filters in the mail
manager to move some messages to "other inboxes". Id est, i receive
messages that i prefer to organize in other folders, and read
separately. Mailing lists are a simple and direct example of this. I
have no clue if such filters work server side or user side. I do not
have any such filters in Claws Mail, now. Only in Thunderbird, for
different mail accounts (this account, for example, is not configured in
CM).

But if needed, i can live with all folders in an account being potential
triggers of new message notifications. This is natural, I think.
Strangely, though, the tests i did to the plugin are with simple
messages, directed and received in the inbox folder. To be explicit, my
test is: use https://ismyemailworking.com to email an account. All
messages arrived. No notification was seen, although the messages were
listed when i looked in the CM window, after waiting twice the time it
is configured to check for new messages.
