[Users] I seem to be missing something in respect of the "Fancy" plugin.

I built it myself.  Looked at config.log just now and found the line:

> configure:23158: WARNING: "Plugin fancy will not be built; missing
> libwebkit2gtk-4.0 "

So I tried

    sudo apt-get install libwebkitgtk-4.0

but got

> : Unable to locate package libwebkitgtk-4.0
> E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'libwebkitgtk-4.0'

Any ideas?
