I wonder what is the legal status of emails that claim "If you are not
the intended recipient, you must not ..."  blah blah blah.

My position is that 'you' sent this email to ME, unsolicited, whether
mistakenly or not, and I can do what I damn well like with it including
forwarding it to the the police, the newspapers or anyone else I feel
like telling.    'You' cannot impose conditions on me without my prior
agreement.   I am not responsible for helping you cover up your
incompetence.   You cannot have any expectation of privacy if you send
an email to a random stranger.

Any lawyers here?
