I used to be pocomail user while on Windows, but I switched about 10
years ago to Linux.

Everything that pocoscript does can be done through bash (linux)
and/or python.

But, if you are staying on Windows, I will suggest you take a look at
TheBat from Ritlabs. It has most of the functionality of pocoscript
but without having to write scripts, just a few setup screens...
