[Users] plugins on apt sources for Debian Sid

I wanted to install the fancy plugin for HTML display so I used the apt sources
to install these two packages:

claws-mail-plugins
claws-mail-extra-plugins

these were installed but not apparently in the right place or something they do
not appear in Claws-Mail under plugins in the menu or in preferences. what am I
missing here?
