Hi again Edward,

Yes, I expect that the 3.10 version of Claws-mail will hit the Wheezy
backports repo before Jessie is stable. I currently have v3.9.3 installed
from there. Earlier someone posted pinning instructions to have Claws
specifically come from backports, but the method I use for something like
that is to use this method, in a root terminal I type something like:

#apt-get install -t wheezy-backports claws-mail

You will also want a couple of lines like the two below in
your /etc/apt/sources.list file, except if you're not in the US then
substitute your applicable code in place of the "us" portion:

#backports repo
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-backports main contrib non-free
