[Users] make attachment-bar of mail-viewer visible again

First of all thank you very much for your fast answer and the detailed
explanation. 

But i forgot to mention that i actually mean the attachment bar in the
embedded mail-viewer in the main-window (see:
http://www-stud.uni-due.de/~sejodeut/data/Selection_010.png). I could
swear that i see this bar some time ago.
