[Users] make attachment-bar of mail-viewer visible again

On your screenshot, right above the green text (…lists.sourceforge…)
there is a dotted handle, grab it and putt it down. The
attachement-list should show up and then you can use the arrow on the
right to switch to the sidebar again.
