There isn't anyone maintaining that translation at present, IIRC the
last update was some 4 or 5 years ago. This is the reason that it
does not appear on the website - it's too incomplete and is
unmaintained.

Over the years of Claws Mail's life new releases are becoming further
apart. There is no definite plan for the next release right now, so
it's a good time to get started, without needing to rush.
