[Users] Two possibly related mail folder problems.

Thank you.  But I may have messed things up so badly that this is not
a possibility.  "Rebuild folder tree" is greyed out. ☹️

I have been using claws-mail from both my new and old laptops
simultaneously, and thereby seem to have (not too surprisingly) induced
chaos.
