[Users] claws waits forever, freezes grafik on slower networks

Hi Paul,

I see the freezes only with any kind of *weak* network, not if its
completely interrupted.
As I described: even the redraw of screen buffers is not happening when
moving windows or switching screens ... ugly !

I am really curious what kind of design that might be ?!
what do you get for that ?

Even with my WiFI at home I sometimes do not see my typed characters
for some seconds. Maybe acceptable for 'blind typers' but always
confusing to me.
