[Users] When forwarding emails, Claws mail forwards Gibberish

When hitting forward, I just see Plain Text and no graphics.

Sometimes its right, and sometimes its what I call " Gibberish" or HTML Code. 
I did go into Settings, and followed Michael's direction and checked the FORWARD AS ATTACHMENT check box. 
I also found by myself under Settings > Message View > HTML Messages > checking box #2 "Render HTML Messages only with plug in, when possible" and " Select the HTML Part of the message of Multipart / Alternative" kinda helped. 
This is what it looked like after I sent the email before turning on all of those settings:
