[Users] Fancy and webkitgtk2 does not compute

Hi all,
Seems webkit2gtk-2.46.0 has caused an regression and reintroduced this
old bug

per this advice:

On debian based system add this line to ~/.bashrc
WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1
