[Users] MS Exchange Organizations

Hello,
I have an organizations MS Exchange / MS Outlook / whatever the name,
which has an app that does not allow the endpoint /common/oauth2/ but
must use explicitly the endpoints /organizations/oauth2.
In my understanding /common can work for both organizations and
private, but this can be disabled on a per-app basis, and for my app
the admins disabled it to be a multi-tenant app, hence it's mandatory
to use /organizations/oauth2.

Attached is a patch, that renames "MS Exchange" to "MS Exchange
(Organizations)" and changes the oauth2 parameters to work.
For all that I see "MS Exchange" and "MS Outlook" were anyway the same,
so I felt like I could use one of them, instead of creating a new entry.

I could not open a bugzilla report, since it says that "Bugzilla is
down".
