If you did a full offline sync of your IMAP folders then you should be set.

In Claws Mail, if you don't already have an MH mailbox, create one using 

/File/Add mailbox/MH...

The default is called Mail and its file system location is ~/Mail/

From your backup of ~/.claws-mail/imapcache/ copy the directories and
contents into ~/Mail/

Then in Claws Mail right-click the top-level MH mailbox folder and click
'Rebuild folder tree'.

Those directories and messages you copied into ~/Mail/ will now appear in the
Claws Mail folder tree.
