Do you run a spam filter? I use bogofilter and it finds nearly all spam
that I receive, with even fewer genuine mails incorrectly classified. I
just get occasional mails put in my 'maybe-spam' folder to manually
classify.

So I'm surprised you find the need to classify spam by hand so much.
