[Users] Selectively suppressing message view

I have Claws configured in Standard layout. Left pane is the list of
folders, right-top pane the subjects of the current folder, and right-bottom
pane the first message from the folder.

Is is possible to configure one (or more) folders in such a way that, when
the folder is opened, the message view is not shown?

Rationale: I'm perfectly happy with the standard view, but I have a couple
of folders that receive a lot a spam and I would like weed out the messages
(by subject) before viewing any of them.
