One cannot manage this, people do not care, just hit button and send
reply, doesn't matter how you send reply, they will reply to all. On same
lists/MUAs one even have no other possibility than "reply to all" and
only few people will remove not needed addresses. Even mail servers
operators (MailOP ML) don't do that...
One can deduplicate messages on server side (eg. dovacot can do it),
but that often remove email from ML, as it comes latter, not the one sent
directly. And this is not desired, at least not for me.
You can develop some "smart" script, which can detect duplicate MIDs,
but again, how to decide which one to leave? Yust delete dups...
