[Users] save all: how to exclude noname.* files

Hi,

Is there a way to not save the noname.* files when I have say only three
attachments?  'Save all' gives me five files: the visible attachments plus
noname.0 and noname.1 which always get deleted manually.  It's especially
annoying when saving attachments to the same folder -- on the next
message(s), I get 2 dialogs asking permission to overwrite them.

I looked for options to not save:
- noname.* files
- inline images
but I'm either missing such or they don't exist... yet?
