To use 'apt-get build-dep' you need to enable source repositories (deb-src)
in /etc/apt/sources.list

After adding the source repository, get the build dependencies by running

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get build-dep claws-mail

The download Claws Mail from here:
https://claws-mail.org/releases.php

Then follow the instructions in the INSTALL file.
