On Miscellaneous page of main window Preferences there's a button on "Keyboard
shortcuts" to launch a selection dialog.

Nevertheless that dialog only contains a preset selection combo-box.

That combo-box and its label can simply replace the launcher button space,
being integrated on the page and avoiding the need to a separate dialog and
extra-clicks for just switching the shortcut preset.
