Steps to reproduce when "Use a primary passphrase" is enabled:

1. On main window open Configuration menu, then Preferences option
2. Select Other → Miscellaneous page
3. Uncheck "Use a primary passphrase" on the "Primary passphrase" box (the
"Change primary passphrase" button is disabled)
4. Check "Use a primary passphrase" again

Result: "Change primary passphrase" button remains disabled

Expected: "Change primary passphrase" button should be re-enabled

The only workaround is to close preferences, upon reopening the button is
enabled again.
