[Users] Wrap quoted text with repeated quotation symbol

Is it possible to make Claws wrap long quoted text lines in such a way that it puts a quotation symbol ">" on every line? E.g. right now I am getting


  ----- window width --------------

  > quoted text with a long line 
  that is wrapped to the following
  lines on the screen but without
  quotation symbol.

  Normal text following that.


While I would like this to be

  ----- window width --------------

  > quoted text with a long line 
  > that is wrapped to the 
  > following lines on the screen 
  > but without quotation symbol.

  Normal text following that.


Claws already uses the correct colour for all the lines of the quoted text, so it just needs insertion of ">" at the appropriate places.
