The mail in that folder was done within Claws though, a move or copy.
For testing purposes, that is far less consuming than generating a new
email for every type of test.

Thanks, it went to the 'normal' Queue and then sent okay. Obviously
where the (test) emails are sent 'from' (meaning which account within
Claws, be it POP3 or IMAP) has a bearing on where it ends up.

Thanks, but I haven't as yet seen a 'feature' to d/load only the
headers, so why have an option that does the same as "get mail' ?

Yes, it's all determined at the email server level.
