Which is a dangerous, dubious road to take, IMHO, if other email clients
use untranslated folders and people refer to untranslated folder names in
documentation or memos. It could be togglable, sure, but would be a source
of confusion nevertheless:

Also, with IMAP you can create remote [!] folders yourself. Imagine you
enter their names in non-English and an email program translates some
of them but not all. Not pretty.
