The patch.

This adds:

        v H V  messages which contain V in header H

to the quick search for the case where you want to ensure that you
only search in the values for the given exact header name.

I think this is useful for a safer feeling that we look for values only
in the header lines of interest. I tried to avoid duplicate code, hence
pulled out the argument extraction into a helper function.
