That would up to Debian maintainers, not the CM team.  That said, a more
recent version of CM may be in Debian Backports or Stable Updates.

Alternatively, you could;
Update to Debian 11 (current stable),
Wait for the freeze to end and update your system to the new Stable,
Update to Debian Testing,
or
Compile from source.
