Assuming "Sophie Tobias Schweibingerr Why Sky High" is _not_ a troll, I
recommend

1. - to get rid of the Yahoo account, that gets broken that often.
2. - within the next ten years to learn how to describe the problems you
     are experiencing, to help others to help you.
