[Users] Ordering of accounts in the "Folder" column.

I don't know if I failed to see this or whatever when I was wanting to
do it myself, but under "Edit Accounts" the window on the lower right
has "up" and "down" buttons.  Now I'm not sure whether you are talking
about reordering that would do...  (now that I think about it).  If so,
I hope that helps, if not...  I hope that somehow you find an answer.
