Take look on Forward in menu/toolbar. I don't use it often, nor i am
on CM now, nor i use En version, but from head there are 2-3 options:

+ forward as attachment -- not suitable for non tech recipient
+ forward in body -- that will place the body in compose window
+ "true" forward (i am not sure if that exists, nor will work) -- will
  open copy of that whole email, preserving original sender

Just select particular message and choose one of that forward.
Do not afraid to try any/all, nothing is send untill you hit Send
button...
