If the target is Gmail, then "forward as attachment" from CM just works.

I made a test with a HTML message sent to my empty Gmail account:

• original message opened locally in browser

• redirect to Gmail
https://www.secarica.ro/misc/claws_mail_html_msg_redirect.png
• forward as attachment to Gmail (I made here a few anonymizations on the .png)

On this occasion I found that Gmail consider (displays) the time of the message as when it was received, not taken from the header. I didn't dig out to find if this can be changed.
