Message when Compose is hit and BG dic is not in the folder and not selected

I added the bg_BG.aff and bg_BG.dic as described in
https://www.claws-mail.org/win32/dictionaries.php
The dictionary doesn't appear in the list in the Preferences windows. Then I
added it in C:\Program Files\Claws Mail\share\enchant\myspell instead because
that did the job in 3.18.0.
Now the dictionary appears in the list but when I hit Compose button Claws
closes with:

I tried to change the bg_BG.aff and bg_BG.dic encodings to UTF-8 because
en_US.aff and en_US.dic have this encoding but this doesn't help.

Interesting fact is that when I remove the BG dictionary and in Preferences
window other dictionaries are selected when I click the Compose button the
message in the attachment appears
